It does look like the pendant was scuffed. I don't notice this "scuff" while looking at the pendant, but when caught at an angle you'll see it. When you look at the stones under 30x magnification, you'll notice a hairline crack on the center blue turquoise stone, but I do not feel it on the outside. On the bottom triangle of spiny oyster there's a small chip on the corner.
